Junior Eurovision: NO, NO, NO & NO!

The Junior Eurovision 2012 is in peril of cancellation because so far only 7 countries have confirmed their participation. Though the EBU has extended the deadline until June 29th no country seems likely to join, in case the contest is not cancelled it would be the smallest ever.

The title of this article is NO, NO NO & NO because of this reasons:

NO Debuts:

  • Italy
  • San Marino

NO Return:

  • Malta
  • Cyprus
  • Romania
  • Serbia

Yet to decide:

  • Macedonia
  • Latvia
  • Lithuania
  • Moldova
  • Bulgaria
Participating countries:
  • Armenia
  • Belarus
  • Belgium
  • The Netherlands
  • Russia
  • Sweden
  • Ukraine
For a contest there must be a minimum of 11 participating countries due to the voting system, in which the voting country awards points only to its 10 favorite songs.

Tell us your thoughts about this facts, and if you think that any country will join the 7 participating countries.

  3. OMG NOVAK DJOKOVIC DOES MIRACLES AGAIN!!! WOOOW!!! HE’S THE BEST! OMG HE SAVED 5 MATCH POINTS AGAINST WORLD NUMBER 8, JO WILFIRED TSONGA IN FRONT OF OVERCROWDED Philippe Chatrier STADIUM, FULL OF SHOUTING FRENCH PPL AND WON IN THE END!! WHAT A PERSONALITY! DOESN’T MATER YOU WIN OR LOOSE AGAINST FEDERER IN THE 1/2 FINALS, YOU ALREADY DID MIRACLES IN PREVIOUS TWO MATCHES! :-*****

  4. But I’m so sad for World number 10 German Angelique Kerber. she lost to HORRIBLE Sara Errani form Italy!! 😦 😦 I ADORE Kerber, she’s my favorite tennis player now after Serena! I watched match today and lost almost as many nerves as i did in Djokovic – Tsonga match, because she lost many chances, she even had set points, I’m sure if she procided to 3rd set she would have won! :@ 😦 Good thing is that 1/4 final participation will bring her even higher position in WTA list probably! Kerber!! :-**

    • Well, thet’s true, but even though this is an eurovision page, it’s open to discuss anything that may involve europe. For example, if we are talking about serbia in this article, one person can discuss the tennis match from a serbian player… And we have learned (the people that USUALLY comment in this blog) that we can discuss other things too!!
